Counselling Support in Aldridge, Walsall centred around you

As an experienced Person-centred counsellor and therapist, I’ve worked with many adults dealing with grief, loss, anxiety, stress and relationship difficulties, and I’m here to help you find your way through whatever you’re facing.

My focus in our sessions will be understanding what you’re going through and working together to find the best way forward. I'm here to listen and support you, always placing your needs and feelings at the centre.
Together, we’ll focus on what you need to move forward, at a pace that feels right for you.

As part of my professional development, I have completed trauma-informed training that prioritises compassion and understanding. This training helps me create a safe and respectful space, recognising how past experiences can shape your current challenges. By acknowledging the impact of trauma on behaviour, I focus on ensuring your safety, choice, collaboration, and empowerment whilst I support you. I believe that continuous learning and personal development are essential to providing the best support and I take this commitment very seriously.
Experienced Support

As a counsellor, my role is to support individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with people facing grief—whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or other major life changes. I’ve also supported adults through the profound impact of losing someone to suicide, as well as those who have lived through historical abuse and trauma.

These experiences are deeply personal, and I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to help you explore your feelings and memories at your own pace. My goal is to create a safe space where you can truly be heard and supported.

I have extensive experience helping individuals with anxiety, offering guidance and understanding to develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, and support you in finding a sense of calm and balance.
As someone dedicated to making counselling accessible and meaningful, I strive to connect on a personal level. I understand that everyone’s journey is unique and recognise the power of human connection.
Whether you’re struggling with grief, loss, anxiety, a relationship or any other challenge—I’m here to support you on your path to healing.

Beyond my work, I value kindness, connection, and making a positive difference in the lives of others. I’ve always been drawn to supporting people, and my counselling practice has deepened my appreciation for the resilience and strength people demonstrate, even in the toughest times. I believe that human connection is at the heart of healing, and I’m passionate about creating a safe space where you can feel understood and supported.
