Counselling Services

In person-centred therapy, the focus is entirely on you.

From the moment we begin, you’ll find a supportive space where you’re genuinely heard and understood. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing whatever’s on your mind, knowing you’re in control of the process. Together, we’ll move at your pace, as this approach is designed to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that feels natural.

There’s no need to have everything figured out when you start. We’ll work collaboratively to make sense of what’s happening in your life.

Person-centred therapy offers a space free from pressure or expectations—just a chance for you to be yourself. It’s not about receiving advice or being told what to do; it’s about learning who you are and going through the process of uncovering your own unique strengths, insights, and solutions. This process can foster greater self-understanding, self-acceptance, and a clearer sense of direction.

Throughout our sessions, you’ll be met with empathy, respect, and kindness. Together, we’ll create a trusting relationship where you can safely explore difficult emotions, build confidence, and find new ways to navigate challenges.

Ultimately, person-centred therapy is about empowering you to take the lead in your healing journey. I’ll be here to walk alongside you, offering support every step of the way.

I offer a variety of ways to receive support, ensuring counselling is accessible to everyone.
